The decision to sell our home where we lived for 23+ years, lot harder than we imagined! After meeting with a few realtors, we chose Maureen (are we glad or what!). Without putting an iota of pressure to list, Maureen gave us the information that helped us make an informed decision. Along the way Maureen helped us immensely in preparing the home for listing, including referring contractors to help with it. We went from signing to MLS in just under 3 weeks, while taking care of all that is needed to get the house on the market, thanks to Maureen and her team.
